The Undertaker will make a shock return to WWE for the 900th episode of Smackdown later this month.

The 51-year-old hasn’t been seen in the WWE since Wrestlemania 32 in April where he defeated Shane McMahon in a Hell in a Cell match.

The 900th episode of Smackdown will be broadcast live on November 15, although it’s unlikely that The Undertaker will be involved in a competitive match.

The Undertaker’s last competitive bout on Smackdown was over three years ago when he beat Dean Ambrose.

The Undertaker’s appearance at this month’s Smackdown will come just five days before Survivor Series, where Brock Lesnar, the man who ended ‘The Deadman’s’ streak at Wrestlemania 30, will face Goldberg.

It has not been confirmed whether The Undertaker will be appearing at the next Royal Rumble, while speculation continues over a potential clash with John Cena at next year’s Wrestlemania.
