Ronaldo & Messi don't feature - let's be realistic.. Cristiano Ronaldo appears as if will return to Old Trafford later this year - but not as a Manchester United player.
According to reports from O Jogo brought to our attention by the Daily Express, Ronaldo's native Portugal are set to meet Argentina in an international friendly to be played at the Theatre of Dreams on November 18.

Given that the 29-year-old superstar is currently the captain of the Portuguese national team, it seems incredibly likely - barring any unforeseen trouble with injury or suspension - that he will feature for Fernando Santos' side at his former stomping ground.
If the opportunity to see Ronaldo back on Manchester United's home turf does not whet the appetite enough for neutral supporters who may consider attending the fixture, then the prospect of seeing him square off with long-time La Liga nemesis and perennial Ballon d'Or rival Lionel Messi - himself the captain of Argentina, of course - should certainly do it.
Again, the presence of Messi is obviously not guaranteed, yet his status and reputation means he is hardly likely to be left out of Gerardo Martino's squad for the match if he is fully fit and available to play.

Ronaldo has hardly been out of the headlines in recent weeks. After a summer of upheaval of Real Madrid that led to the likes of Angel di Maria and Xabi Alonso exiting the club following the arrivals of James Rodriguez and Toni Kroos, speculation has been rife that the former Sporting man is unhappy at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Given his obvious affection for Manchester United and the Red Devils' recent shift in transfer policy under Louis van Gaal, rumours that Ronaldo could re-join the club have been gathering significant pace almost daily.
As you might expect, the player himself has been rather quiet on those sensational links but Manchester United fans are nevertheless understandably hugely excited about the prospect of seeing one of football's true greats back where many of them evidently feel he belongs.

So excited are some about the whole saga that one supporters' group even paid a hefty sum to fly a banner emblazoned with the words 'Come Home Ronaldo' over the Estadio El Madrigal during Real Madrid's comfortable 2-0 win over Villarreal in La Liga last weekend.
Barcelona maestro Messi has also been the subject of transfer gossip of late, although talk of a possible Chelsea connection seem far too farfetched to even contemplate given his importance at the Camp Nou.
