Boxing legend George Foreman believes all the hype surrounding Anthony Joshua is spot on as he declares the IBF world champion the real deal.

Joshua is set to defend his IBF heavyweight belt for the second time against Eric Molina in Manchester on December 10 and Foreman has been hugely impressed with the 27-year-old’s rise.

Foreman is a two-time heavyweight champion himself and thinks Joshua is the kind of boxer fans will want to see in the ring.

‘I’m hoping Anthony Joshua is the real deal,’ Foreman told the Telegraph.

‘From what I’ve seen, he is the real deal. There’s no hype there.

‘It’s all about punch and ability and agility.

‘This guy has got the package. He can jump and run. He’s a total athlete.
