After replacing Francesco Guidolin at the Swansea City helm on Monday, Bob Bradley became the first American to manage a Premier League club.
And Bradley is sure to impose the work of a fellow New Jersey native on to his players.
A video has emerged of Bradley, during the 58-year-old's two-year spell as boss of Norwegian outfit Stabaek, eulogising about Bruce Springsteen.

In the film, Bradley sings segments of Springsteen songs, 'Thunder Road', 'The Promised Land' and 'No Surrender', before talking about how he plays the musician's tracks to his players.
'In the younger crowd, with the music that they listen to, sometimes it's not so bad to listen to some of this good, old stuff,' he tells TV2.
'He's putting his heart and soul into every song. In the locker room, yesterday, I think he heard 'Born in the USA', 'Dancing in the Dark'.'
Bradley - who coached the United States between 2006 and 2011 - was most recently in charge of French outfit Le Havre, and has also managed the Egypt national team.
His first game as Swans boss will be a baptism of fire against Arsene Wenger's Arsenal at the Emirates on Saturday, October 15.
