Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has spoken out following speculation linking Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain with a transfer to Liverpool in January.

Reports suggest the Reds are weighing up a move for Oxlade-Chamberlain, with the 22-year-old struggling for minutes at the Emirates this campaign.

It’s believed the Merseyside outfit are eyeing up the England star as a potential replacement for the African Cup of Nations-bound Sadio Mane but Wenger has ruled out the signing.

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp also dismissed the speculation at his press conference earlier on in the week.
