Jurgen Klopp has given his backing to Roberto Firmino and Adam Lallana after they endured a difficult game against Everton in the Merseyside derby.

Klopp admitted Lallana was missing his usual genius, but says his and Firmino’s contribution goes far beyond just providing goals.
‘I saw a lot of matchwinners actually,’ Klopp told Sky Sports.
‘Okay Sadio scored the goal, but Daniel we needed someone who could shoot the ball off the post.
‘All the others, it’s a difficult game for Roberto Firmino but he’s so important for us.
‘It’s not the most easy moment for him, but he’s so important, always in the game for us, always able to make something happen.
