Jose Mourinho certainly has a reputation for ‘parking the bus’ in the big games and there has been plenty of evidence during Liverpool v Manchester United that he’s doing the same again tonight.

The Portuguese tactician has an excellent record in the traditionally tougher matches and often sets his teams up to frustrate the opposition.

As the first half ended 0-0, United kept Liverpool at bay for large periods of the match and David De Gea enjoyed a quiet evening at Anfield.

Mourinho’s team appeared to drop into a back six at points, which just highlighted how tight they were making it for Jurgen Klopp’s men.

The humour certainly wasn’t lost on those who were watching the game, although there were varying suggestions for how many were actually in Mourinho’s backline.
