Chelsea star N’Golo Kante has played down his chances of winning the PFA Player of the Year award and says one of his team-mates deserves to win instead.
The Frenchman is the favourite to win the award after his incredible performances in the heart of Antonio Conte’s midfield.

The 25-year-old arrived as a Premier League champion on a £30million deal from Leicester City and he’s thrived in a 3-4-3 system at Stamford Bridge.
Kante is expected to be crowned PFA Player of the Year but the humble Frenchman insists one of his team-mates deserves to win.
‘I’m flourishing but I don’t feel like the best player in the Premier League,’ said Kante.
‘There are a lot of good players. A lot of guys would deserve it on my team.’
