Manchester United striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic made a tremendous start to his Old Trafford career, but things __have gone rather downhill in recent games.
The 35-year-old summer signing from Paris Saint-Germain has now gone four games without a league goal for the Red Devils, having netted four in as many games at the start of the campaign.
There were some concerns over Ibrahimovic’s age when he joined United over the summer, with the Swede well into the twilight of his career and playing at a relatively uncompetitive level in Ligue 1 for the last few years.

This will be worrying reading indeed for United fans, who saw their side struggle badly for goals for so much of last season due to the decline of Wayne Rooney.
Youngster Marcus Rashford has stepped up to the plate to take the heat off his more established team-mates, though the 18-year-old cannot be expected to deal with that burden all on his own.
With Paul Pogba’s form also a concern since his £89million move this summer, it looks like United’s policy of signing big names is still struggling to bear fruit after misjudged buys such as Angel Di Maria, Radamel Falcao and Bastian Schweinsteiger over the last couple of years.
